We didn't start with a technology. We started with a roster that didn't add up.
OneView Solutions was built out of a simple observation: the teams running security operations, safety programmes and site-based workforces in Singapore and Malaysia were being sold platforms, when what they actually needed was for one specific thing to stop being broken.
Consulting work kept surfacing the same problem.
Before OVS, the work was Dynamics 365 and Power Platform consulting — sitting inside operations teams, watching how they actually ran their business day to day, not how the org chart said they should.
The pattern repeated across security agencies, construction contractors and government-facing operators: payroll built on spreadsheets and manual CPF calculations. Safety compliance tracked in photos on someone's phone. No real-time view of who was actually on-site. Every one of these was solvable with focused software — not another all-in-one platform nobody would fully adopt.
That's the OVS approach: pick one real operational problem, build the smallest product that actually solves it, and let it stand on its own — with its own name, its own site, its own reason to exist.
The same process, every product.
Every product starts on-site, with the person doing the job — not with a technology decision.
If the person using it every day finds it confusing, it's not ready — no matter how complete the feature list is.
CPF, IRAS, GIRO and workplace safety rules get built into the logic from the start, not bolted on before a demo.
Each solution ships as a standalone product with its own name and site — not a feature buried inside a bigger platform.
Why “One View”
I built OVS after years of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform consulting — watching good operations teams get let down by software that was either too generic to fit how they actually worked, or too heavy to ever fully roll out.
“One view” is the idea that whichever OVS product you start with, you're looking at the same underlying picture of your people — not four different systems that all disagree with each other by Friday.

OneView Solutions Pty Ltd is an Australian-registered company, built specifically around Singapore and Malaysia realities — CPF, IRAS, GIRO, local compliance requirements — from day one. The same approach extends naturally to other markets with similarly regulated, site-based workforces.
